The Warehouse Custodian / Janitor position at the Wisconsin Distribution Center is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization. This role offers a competitive pay range from $23 to $25 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, meaning no nights or weekend shifts, which provides a balanced work-life schedule.

In this custodian role, employees will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of Uline's warehouses by performing detailed cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and racks. The position also involves maintaining both the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring that operational areas remain safe, clean, and organized. Custodians will handle trash removal and sort box scraps using a compactor to support recycling and waste management efforts. They will also operate various cleaning equipment, including electric and propane floor scrubbers, which are essential tools for maintaining the warehouse floors' cleanliness and safety.

Beyond routine cleaning duties, custodians are integral to supporting warehouse operations through special projects and general labor tasks.
