Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and carry trays of food and beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy to operate POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate check processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Clover, ensuring efficient service
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving concerns swiftly
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
