We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Server to join our vibrant team. This is a paid, in-person position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise within a dynamic, fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. You will greet guests warmly, present menus, describe dishes and beverages in detail, and take accurate orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Additionally, you will use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize restaurant flow and seating arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Basic math skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing
Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous
experience in upselling and sales techniques is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience through excellent customer service
Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize restaurant flow
