The Restaurant Server role is a key position within Neiman Marcus, tasked with delivering impeccable service that aligns with the company’s high standards of hospitality. This role involves serving guests in the dining area with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Successful candidates will demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, culinary terminology, and beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits. Servers participate actively in daily pre-shift meetings to stay informed and prepared for the day. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and workstation, upholding uniform standards, and ensuring customer safety and satisfaction throughout their shifts. Physical duties include lifting tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed, as well as standing, bending, and climbing stairs. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

The salary range for this position is $22.03 to $27.54 per hour, which may vary by location and is influenced by factors such as experience and local market conditions.
