The role of Server at Guest Services, Inc. is pivotal to the dining experience and customer satisfaction. Servers are responsible for greeting guests warmly and taking their food and beverage orders in a courteous, efficient manner.   • Greet guests politely and take beverage orders

  • answer questions about the menu and take food orders

  • serve guests their entrees efficiently and friendly
  • maintain a pleasant dining experience by checking on guests throughout meals
  • deliver checks and complete transactions accurately
  • perform clean-up duties after each meal service and prepare for the next
  • keep assigned tables clean and properly set up including arranging furniture
  • stock service areas with supplies like coffee, food, tableware, and linens
  • report gratuities according to company policy and law
  • maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to management
