Additionally, Guest Services manages operations in various sectors such as outdoor recreation, boathouses, marinas, museums, conference centers, senior living communities, health care systems, as well as school and university dining facilities and specialty retail stores. The firm's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned it as a leader in hospitality management nationwide.

The company is an Equal Opportunity employer, ensuring fair hiring and promotion practices without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
The role of Server at Guest Services, Inc. is pivotal to the dining experience and customer satisfaction. Servers are responsible for greeting guests warmly and taking their food and beverage orders in a courteous, efficient manner. Attention to detail and adherence to company standards are essential, as Servers must ensure proper billing and provide menu explanations, including ingredients and preparation methods. The job requires serving guests their meals promptly, maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere, and periodically checking on guests to fulfill any additional needs. Servers also manage transactional processes such as delivering checks and handling payments.
In addition to customer interaction, the Server position involves various operational tasks including cleaning and resetting tables, stocking service areas with supplies, and complying with safety protocols. The role demands physical stamina, with responsibilities that include frequent movement around the dining area, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds occasionally, and enduring various temperature conditions, including working in freezer and grill areas without climate control.
The position offers an hourly wage of $10.98 and expects physical presence on-site throughout shifts. Servers use technical tools like touch-screen POS systems and credit card machines, requiring basic computer proficiency. The role balances active customer service with behind-the-scenes maintenance to ensure seamless food service operations. Overall, this position is ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic, fast-paced work environments and have a strong commitment to quality service and teamwork.
