Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to effectively communicate with customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- flexibility to work retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- comfortable with frequent use of computers and handheld equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information about portions, ingredients, or food allergies
- understand typical "coursing" as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drink orders using ordering system
- work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and learning new procedures
