Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of hospitality experience required
- ability to perform essential functions of the job
- willingness to work on an on-call schedule Monday through Friday with variable hours
- adherence to company safety policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- capability to handle cash and operate related equipment
- must maintain confidentiality regarding guest information
- ability to follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay to supervisor
- ensure dining room setup before and after service period
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with staff during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
