The Waiter/Waitress position at Four Seasons plays a crucial role within the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service that aligns with the company’s elevated standards of quality and professionalism. Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests with precision and in a timely manner
  • provide guests with insights into flavor profiles and textures of dishes to assist in making informed choices
  • explain special cooking methods or unique ingredients to enhance guest appreciation
  • ensure diners have all essential condiments and utensils
  • partner with the expeditor to guarantee correctness of food orders
  • support setting, cleaning, and arranging tables, seating, linens, glassware, and silverware
  • anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to concerns or requests
  • transport and serve food to pool seating areas using a tray
