Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and ingredients
- serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- refill beverages, provide additional items, and accommodate special requests
- process guest payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- set up and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- assist with side work, including stocking supplies, rolling silverware, and cleaning duties
