- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence

- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques

- Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
- Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with basic food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized dining area that adheres to health regulations and food industry standards
