This role is vital in supporting the kitchen and managerial staff by participating in food and meal preparation and ensuring the accurate maintenance of meal records and cash receipts. - Maintain and apply culinary utensils, focusing on blades

- Assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and kitchen devices
- Uphold food safety standards including hygiene and storage protocols
- Comply with uniform policy at all times
- Coordinate daily menu planning with the manager
- Monitor food temperatures during storage and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
- Keep work areas clean and disinfected including steam tables and countertops
- Perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Collect garbage and keep kitchen floors clean
- Perform additional tasks and assist other kitchen departments as required
