The VUE To Go Server role is a part-time position at VUE, one of the resort’s vibrant and contemporary restaurant settings. VUE features an outdoor dining patio with magnificent views of championship golf courses and rolling green hills, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for family dining. This restaurant is known for its creative dishes alongside a unique selection of craft brews, wines, and cocktail offerings, making it a popular choice for guests seeking a leisurely meal with a scenic backdrop.

As a VUE To Go Server, you will be responsible for delivering all orders promptly, professionally, and enthusiastically with the highest level of guest satisfaction in mind. The role requires punctuality, adherence to uniform codes, and maintenance of a high standard of personal cleanliness and grooming to ensure you are well-presented and alert during shifts. Duties include verifying orders for accuracy before delivery, assisting managers and room service staff as needed, and performing side work assigned during shifts. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the menu items available through room service and be courteous and attentive to guests’ needs at all times.

Safety and sanitation play a critical role in this position. You will be expected to follow all safe work practices, adhere to the resort’s safety guidelines, and maintain cleanliness standards for all supplies and equipment used. A distinct aspect of this role involves delivering amenities to VIP and Select Guests, requiring a courteous and professional demeanor.

This position requires a California Driver’s License and a clean driving record free of accidents or traffic violations. Prior experience as a server who can manage a fast-paced environment while delivering professional service is highly preferred.
