Job Requirements
- Current ServSafe Certification
- local, state, and county food handling and sanitation licenses as required

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Management, or related field
- minimum 10 years management experience in senior housing or hospitality
- at least five years of multi-unit oversight experience
- understanding of the older adult market
- knowledgeable in food service and culinary operations
Job Duties
- Oversees and supports culinary operations across independent, assisted, memory care, and skilled communities
- responsible for strategy and execution of quality food experiences and nutritional needs
- leads Dining Center of Excellence to improve dining experiences using data
- oversees divisional dining leaders and implements consistent standards
- ensures regulatory compliance and corporate objective adherence
- develops training and onboarding programs for dining associates
- monitors customer metrics and food quality to enhance business results
- develops and implements policies and procedures for all communities
- manages budget and cost control measures
- supports recruitment, training, and retention of dining management teams
- finalizes selection of key departmental personnel as necessary
