The company operates a variety of establishments ranging from boutique hotels to expansive resorts, each offering unique services designed to meet the evolving needs of travelers and guests worldwide.

The Executive Chef role at Aimbridge Hospitality is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional passionate about creativity, leadership, and operational excellence. As the Executive Chef, you will be the visionary force behind the culinary offerings at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort Port St. Lucie, a premier destination featuring a blend of relaxed coastal charm and dynamic energy. This full-time position invites you to lead a talented kitchen team across multiple outlets, including the Cafe, Room Service, Banquets, and more, ensuring every dish served is not just a meal but an unforgettable experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation, and adhering to safety regulations. Your leadership will inspire and motivate kitchen personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Managing food costs, budgets, and maximizing cost-production ratios will be a key part of your role to ensure the financial health of the culinary operations. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all kitchen and storage areas is essential to uphold the resort's high standards.

The Executive Chef will act as a proactive problem solver, anticipating challenges and ensuring smooth kitchen operations at all times. Effective communication skills are vital as you will interact with co-workers and guests to address concerns and convey information clearly and professionally.

Working at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort offers a unique and engaging environment surrounded by Florida's natural beauty along the St. Lucie River. The resort features modern rooms and suites, multiple pools, diverse dining venues, and a wide array of recreational activities, from fitness classes to water sports and live entertainment. You will be part of a vibrant team that supports family vacations and group events in a setting that combines a relaxed atmosphere with energetic hospitality services.

Aimbridge Hospitality values its employees and offers comprehensive benefits including daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income plans, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and retirement savings plans. This role is ideal for culinary leaders who thrive under pressure, enjoy crafting innovative dishes, and seek to make a significant impact in a bustling, activity-rich resort environment. If you have a passion for culinary arts and leadership, and are excited to contribute to a top-tier hospitality brand, this position provides a rewarding career path with ample opportunities for growth and creativity.
