We are currently seeking a Visitor Experience Lead to join our Experience & Innovation Center located at the Stanley Black & Decker Tools & Outdoor headquarters in Towson, MD. This full-time onsite leadership role offers a competitive salary range of $62,200 to $100,200 annually and is designed for an individual passionate about hospitality, event planning, and delivering best-in-class visitor services in a corporate environment. As the Visitor Experience Lead, you will be the primary face of hospitality, responsible for executing exceptional visitor and event experiences that align with our brand values and organizational standards. You will coordinate multiple events and meetings concurrently, managing every aspect from logistical details, room setups, and audio-visual requirements to vendor relations and compliance with company policies. This position demands a highly organized and customer-focused professional able to multitask, solve problems in real-time, and engage collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will serve as the key liaison for all hospitality inquiries and event coordination, ensuring seamless onsite execution that enhances visitor satisfaction. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed itineraries and event materials, conducting site searches and RFPs, managing support vendors including AV and temporary staff, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and hospitality trends to elevate the visitor experience further. The position requires physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and the ability to handle materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for preparing documents, presentations, and communications.

Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer experience within a corporate or high-touch environment
  • Proven ability to engage professionally and collaboratively across various levels within organizations demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations and onsite experience delivery, including visitor services and environment readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to translate event plans into seamless, high-quality onsite execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and real-time problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or boxes weighing around 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple events/meetings simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hospitality inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects, including room set-up, audio-visual requirements, transportation, security, and communications
  • Prepare and distribute all materials
  • collaborate with vendors to design and produce printed collateral
  • Conduct site searches as needed
  • coordinate RFPs, summarize responses, and present options for review
  • Source and manage support vendors, act as liaison to communicate event/meeting specifications and oversee execution and delivery
  • Ensure all sourcing requests and expenses are compliant with organizational policies, guidelines, and approval procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of local attractions, events, and hospitality trends to enhance visitor experiences
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and event schedules
