This open position focuses on providing exceptional service within the VIP area of Live Nation venues. The role involves performing essential table maintenance duties, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment according to company service standards. Candidates will be responsible for opening, running, and closing VIP areas while addressing guest inquiries courteously and efficiently. Maintaining atmosphere control through constant circulation in the work area and consistent line of sight is essential to uphold high service quality. Responsibilities also extend to routine cleaning, spill management, appropriate disposal of trash and recyclables, adherence to operating procedures, and staying informed about menu items and private party guidelines. Employees in this role may occasionally work at special events scheduled throughout the venue.
Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in high-volume kitchen operations and food service, particularly as an expeditor or server, coupled with exceptional communication skills. Time management and a sense of urgency are crucial for success. The role demands thorough knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and the ability to make critical decisions amid a fast-paced and often high-stress environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move items up to 40 pounds. This position requires a high school diploma.

Job Duties
- Perform table maintenance duties in the VIP area according to company service standards
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties in the VIP area according to company service standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- Keep floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout shift
- Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- Keep current on all standard operating procedures
- Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow all safety standards
- Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue
