In addition to operational leadership, the Food & Beverage Manager is expected to foster a culture of accountability and mentorship through coaching and evaluation of supervisors and colleagues. The role also encompasses maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all outlets. Ongoing product knowledge development, including menu rollouts and wine and spirits training, is essential to maintaining the resort’s reputation for culinary excellence.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,304 to $80,000, reflecting the prestige and responsibilities of managing a luxury food and beverage operation. Hyatt offers a competitive benefits package, including paid time off from the date of hire, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the unique perk of 12 free nights at Hyatt hotels worldwide plus colleague rates. Additionally, employees receive a $1,000 annual wellness and education reimbursement, enhancing their overall professional and personal development.

Joining Alila Napa Valley means becoming part of a passionate and close-knit team in a Forbes-rated luxury setting, where your leadership and service excellence will have a lasting impact on guests and team members alike.
