Job Duties
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage emails and client communications promptly and professionally
- Gather patient histories and maintain accurate client and patient information
- Support medical record management and documentation
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized reception area
- Educate clients on basic veterinary topics including vaccinations, parasite prevention, diets, and common medical recommendations
- Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
