Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary experience required
  • Ability to communicate with clients, doctors and staff professionally, respectfully and compassionately
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls, emails, and text message
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
  • Ability to remain professional and respectful under high pressure situations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary customer service experience as a CSR or DA
  • Ability to communicate with clients, doctors and staff professionally, respectfully and compassionately
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
  • Ability to remain professional and respectful under high pressure situations

Job Duties

  • Communicate with clients (greet, check-in, and check-out clients, answer phones, present estimates, etc.)
  • Collect presenting concerns from clients and visually triage patients specifically for critical patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for all specialty departments and emergency
  • Process payment transactions, including Care Credit, Scratch Pay
  • Send out and obtain records from referring Primary Care Veterinarians
  • Send and receive phone calls, texts and emails
  • Maintain hospital cleanliness, including the lobby, exam rooms, restrooms, pharmacy, breakroom, etc.
  • Manage digital medical records, reports and correspondence
  • Ensure clients are having an overall excellent experience
