The role of the Veranda Food Runner at Four Seasons Las Vegas is integral to the Food and Beverage team’s mission to provide outstanding dining experiences to guests. This position entails supporting Food Servers in delivering high-quality service that aligns with the Four Seasons’ prestigious standards of professionalism, quality, and warmth. The Food Runner plays a crucial part in ensuring that dishes are accurately prepared to meet guests' individual dietary needs and requests and presented in an appealing manner.
This part-time role demands a thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage options, and daily specials so that the Food Runner can confidently assist guests and enhance their dining experience. Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for guest service, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a polished personal presentation. Physical stamina is necessary as the position requires lifting up to 40 pounds and managing tasks such as preparing side work, serving tea and coffee, polishing silverware and china, and ensuring tables are crumbed and cleared efficiently.

Job Duties
- ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guests’ specific requests including dietary restrictions
- present food to guests and be knowledgeable about all menu options beverage lists and daily specials
- perform side work including serving tea and coffee polishing silverware and china crumbing and clearing tables
- assist food servers to provide an enjoyable expertly served dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- lift and carry trays and dishes up to 40 lbs
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
