Job Requirements
- flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- excellent communication skills
- good personal hygiene and grooming
- ability to work as part of a team
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
Job Qualifications
- good level of wine and food knowledge
- excellent personal presentation
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to perform to Four Seasons standards and learn the Sequence of Service
- outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
- experience in a luxury service environment preferred
Job Duties
- ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guests’ specific requests including dietary restrictions
- present food to guests and be knowledgeable about all menu options beverage lists and daily specials
- perform side work including serving tea and coffee polishing silverware and china crumbing and clearing tables
- assist food servers to provide an enjoyable expertly served dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- lift and carry trays and dishes up to 40 lbs
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
