The concierge position at Warren Henry Auto Group is a key frontline role, integral to the business’s goal of delivering exceptional service to luxury customers. This full-time role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can perform service delivery duties with precision and professionalism. As a concierge, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery and pick-up of vehicles, ensuring every vehicle meets strict quality standards before it reaches the customer. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments, including Service Managers, Service Advisors, the BDC Department, and Dispatchers, to confirm all logistical details and facilitate smooth vehicle transitions.
Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles for delivery quality, making sure they are sufficiently fueled, and collecting all necessary signatures from customers during delivery or pick-up. You will also manage documentation requirements by collaborating closely with the loaner department and service advisors prior to any trips. In addition to delivery duties, the concierge will inspect vehicles upon return, checking for any customer belongings left behind, and use the Record 360 application to document the condition of each vehicle accurately. Additional responsibilities include performing various errands and lot maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the dealership lot remains organized and presentable. The role demands a well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform policies, as employee conduct, both in and out of the dealership premises, reflects directly on the reputation of Warren Henry Auto Group.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to communicate with customers and employees in a positive and eager manner
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform while performing all job duties or away on training
- Maintain a professional manner when in uniform and off of the dealership premises

Job Duties
- Ensure the vehicle is in delivery quality and has sufficient fuel
- Confirm logistical details with Service Manager, Service Advisors, BDC Department, and Dispatcher
- Collect all required signatures from customers at time of delivery and/or pick up
- Request all required documents from loaner department and service advisors prior to going on a trip
- Inspect vehicle for customers belongings left behind
- Record condition of vehicle using Record 360 application
- Perform errands as needed
- Perform lot maintenance as needed
