VDC Engineer / Coordinator - Data Center Construction

The available role focuses on Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) leadership and Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation within the construction process. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $172,000 per year, with additional bonus and travel incentives included. The successful candidate will lead the VDC and BIM efforts from preconstruction through project completion, guiding the development and management of project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Key responsibilities include coordination of federated models spanning architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, facilitating clash detection and constructability review sessions, and partnering closely with project management as well as field leadership teams to enhance project planning and execution effectiveness.
