Located in Toledo, OH, we are actively seeking dependable Van Delivery Drivers to join our team. The Van Delivery Driver role is a full-time position that involves operating parcel vans or non-CDL delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to various customer locations. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our delivery services throughout the Midwest, requiring excellent driving skills, attention to safety protocols, and strong customer service abilities. Drivers typically work Monday through Friday, starting early in the morning around 7:00 or 8:00 am, with occasional Saturday work and overtime as needed. The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay to provide timely financial support.
This role goes beyond just transportation; it involves active communication with dispatch regarding route adjustments, delays, and customer needs, ensuring that all deliveries meet company standards and customer expectations. The Van Delivery Driver is required to perform vehicle inspections, maintain travel and cargo logs that comply with federal and state regulations, and uphold safety standards by using personal protective equipment and conducting pre-trip vehicle checks.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 21 years or older
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record – no OVI’s in the last 3 years
- ability to pass a driving and criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug test
- physical ability to lift 35lbs on average consistently, bend, twist, and climb

Job Duties
- Load and secure products from the Toledo Distribution Center into a parcel van or straight truck
- safely operate company vehicles on assigned delivery routes to multiple customer locations
- follow all company safety standards including required PPE, pre-trip checks, and safe-driving practices
- unload and deliver products to customer facilities with accuracy and timeliness
- provide excellent in-person customer service, answering questions and supplying required delivery documentation
- communicate with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer needs to ensure safe and efficient operations
- maintain accurate travel and cargo logs in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policy
- perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel levels
