The Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort is currently undergoing an exciting transition to become The Sunny, a luxurious resort destination located in Sunny Isles Beach, combining elegance with exceptional guest experiences. This upcoming transformation will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa and salon, an oceanfront pool with a tiki bar and fire pits, a beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space including a unique oceanfront terrace. The Sunny aims to redefine the beach getaway by delivering unparalleled luxury, comfort, and service to its guests.
In line with this vision, The Sunny is seeking a dedicated and attentive Overnight Parking Attendant to join the team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for guests arriving during the overnight hours. As the Overnight Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for managing parking operations throughout the overnight shift, including monitoring the parking lot, assisting guests with their parking needs, and maintaining the security of both vehicles and parking areas. Your role is vital in upholding The Sunny's high standards of guest satisfaction and safety during late-night hours.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Previous experience in guest services or parking management is preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in parking management or guest services is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management
- Must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record with no history of accidents or moving violations
Job Duties
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure safety and efficient use of space
- Assist guests with parking needs and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure security of vehicles and parking areas during overnight hours
- Manage traffic flow in and out of the parking facility
- Report any incidents or maintenance issues to management
- Operate parking equipment and tools as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area
