The Concierge/Valet/Receiving Dock role at a luxury high-rise condominium located on Turtle Creek Blvd in Dallas, Texas, is an integral position within the Resident Services Department. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking efficiently, and maintains an approachable and friendly demeanor. The Concierge/Valet is often the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, representing the property’s commitment to luxury, convenience, and security.
This multifaceted position involves cross-training in several essential resident services duties, including concierge functions, valet parking operations, and coordinating the receiving dock. The incumbent must be adept at recognizing and responding to emergency situations, monitoring and operating electronic security control systems, and accurately maintaining daily logs, records, and forms. The ability to quickly remember and recall names and faces to foster a welcoming environment is also critical. Additionally, the role expects the candidate to uphold safety procedures and manage complaint resolutions promptly and effectively, ensuring residents’ satisfaction and building a safe, hospitable environment.

Job Qualifications
