The Concierge/Valet/Receiving Dock position at a luxury high-rise condominium in Dallas, TX, is a critical role within the Resident Services Department. This multifaceted position requires a blend of exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. As a representative of the community, the Concierge/Valet serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, greeting them warmly with a friendly and approachable attitude.
