Their unique system allows customers to simply drive in and drive out, transforming parking from a mundane task into a smooth, efficient part of everyday life. As the largest parking network in America, SP+ employs over 23,000 individuals who support mobility services across more than 4,000 locations in North America and Europe. This role is more than just overseeing parking logistics; it’s about creating a positive experience for each customer and maintaining the safety and security of vehicles. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and bring a warm, friendly demeanor to every shift. SP+ supports its employees with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance options, accident insurance, 401k plans, and paid time off, reflecting their commitment to employee well-being and long-term career growth.

Beyond the immediate responsibilities, a career with SP+ offers a pathway for advancement. Many team members begin their journey as valets before growing into leadership roles, making this an excellent entry point for ambitious individuals aiming to develop their careers in the rapidly evolving mobility and artificial intelligence sectors. SP+ embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Candidates are encouraged to bring their unique backgrounds and experiences to contribute to the innovative culture at SP+.

Working as a Valet Supervisor at SP+ encompasses more than managing operations; it represents an opportunity to be part of a transformative company changing how people move and live.
