Job Description

Seventh Dimension LLC is a distinguished service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) based in North Carolina, specializing in providing comprehensive customer support within two primary areas: Training and Support Services. Since its establishment in 2015, the company has built a strong reputation as a reliable prime contractor, delivering innovative, flexible, and adaptive solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients. Seventh Dimension LLC operates under a robust infrastructure that includes a TS Facility Clearance, Secret storage capabilities, and a DCAA-compliant accounting system. The company prides itself on its commitment to understanding future operational environments, fiscal limitations, and current force requirements, making it a trusted partner in government contracting and support service sectors. As a veteran-friendly employer, Seventh Dimension LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants, irrespective of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, ancestry, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

The Valet Supervisor role at Seventh Dimension LLC in Wilmington, North Carolina, is a pivotal supervisory position responsible for overseeing all parking attendant and shuttle operations at Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities. This full-time or part-time position requires the incumbent to provide on-site leadership, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient traffic and parking operations while maintaining the highest customer service standards. The Supervisor plays a critical role in enforcing compliance with contract requirements, managing staffing adequacy, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role serves as the primary escalation point for all incidents, coordinating closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and VA staff to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.

The Valet Supervisor is tasked with managing the flow of traffic and vehicle parking during peak operational hours to minimize wait times and enhance the overall veteran-focused service experience. Additional responsibilities include responding promptly to customer concerns and emergencies, ensuring all safety procedures are followed, and enforcing policies such as the prohibition of tipping to uphold ethical standards. The Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating key logistical practices including reporting, the chain-of-custody for keys, and end-of-day processes.

Candidates for this role must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid North Carolina driver’s license, and at least one year of supervisory experience in parking, transportation, or customer service operations. Familiarity with safety and traffic management practices, along with demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff and operational workflows, is essential. The position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and lift equipment such as cones and wheelchairs weighing up to 25 pounds. Completion of VA-specific orientation and training is mandatory prior to starting the role. This position is contingent upon award and is essential in delivering timely, safe, and veteran-centered services within the community. Seventh Dimension LLC’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction makes the Valet Supervisor a vital member of their operational team at the VA facilities in Wilmington, NC.
