This job opening is for the role of a Supervisor managing a prestigious 7-star luxury condominium in Palm Beach. This white-glove service position requires an experienced leader capable of overseeing a staff of 15 to 20 team members who provide valet and concierge services at the highest possible standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a background in high-end services, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational skills and leadership are essential in this role to ensure flawless daily operations and an exceptional resident and guest experience. While valet experience is preferred, it is not mandatory; management expertise and a passion for luxury hospitality are paramount.

Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years proven management experience
  • background in high-end service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to manage a team of 15-20 employees
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • supervise and manage daily valet and concierge operations at a luxury 7-star Palm Beach condo
  • lead and coordinate a team of 15-20 highly skilled valet and concierge staff
  • ensure exceptional white-glove service standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • maintain clear, effective verbal and written communication with staff and residents
  • oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • handle client or resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • enforce company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism and service accuracy
