Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years proven management experience
- background in high-end service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to manage a team of 15-20 employees
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications

- background or experience in valet service preferred but not required
- ability to manage a team effectively under high service standards
- proficiency in scheduling and staff coordination
Job Duties
- supervise and manage daily valet and concierge operations at a luxury 7-star Palm Beach condo
- lead and coordinate a team of 15-20 highly skilled valet and concierge staff
- ensure exceptional white-glove service standards are consistently met or exceeded
- maintain clear, effective verbal and written communication with staff and residents
- oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- handle client or resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- enforce company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism and service accuracy
