Job Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in a dry-cleaning operation and/or high-volume laundry operation preferred
- Ability to identify fabric types and apply appropriate pressing techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests
- Must be guest-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Press and finish guest garments and hotel linens according to established standards
- Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring proper temperature and technique
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or special instructions before pressing
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests or delivering items
- Ensure timely return of garments to meet guest expectations
- Operate and maintain pressing equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area
- Verify that all items meet hotel standards before delivery
- Follow proper tagging and tracking procedures to prevent loss or mix-ups
