Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- ability to stand 100% of the shift
- ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
- flexible schedule based on business needs
- successful background and driving record check

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests properly
- explain prices and car retrieval procedure clearly
- open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
- offer information about hotel services and local attractions
- assist guests with special needs
- fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks
- retrieve and park vehicles efficiently
- maintain organized and secure key control
- maintain a clean, professional appearance
- ensure valet area is clean and inviting
- work closely with hotel staff to coordinate arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with colleagues
- support team members during busy periods
- follow safety protocols to ensure guest and vehicle security
- report accidents or incidents promptly
- perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
