Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a distinguished leader in luxury multifamily and Homeowners Association (HOA) management, recognized for its commitment to excellence and exceptional community service. As an award-winning management firm, WRMC has built a reputation for maintaining high standards and fostering welcoming environments where residents feel truly at home. By focusing on quality service, attention to detail, and professionalism, Worth Ross delivers not only exceptional living spaces but also responsive and dedicated property management. With a strong foundation of teamwork and respect, WRMC continues to thrive as a trusted partner in property management, setting new benchmarks in the luxury multifamily sector.
We are currently hiring a part-time Valet for our Oak Lawn - Turtle Creek location, offering a mixed schedule that includes Sunday mornings and afternoon/evening shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing residents' and guests' first impression by providing a polished, hospitable, and safe valet service experience at one of our upscale communities. The Valet is responsible for greeting residents and visitors with courtesy, efficiently managing vehicle parking and retrieval, and ensuring the safety and security of both vehicles and community areas.
Ideal candidates for the Valet position will possess a hospitality-oriented mindset, an unwavering commitment to professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. In addition to parking duties, the Valet assists in managing traffic flow, maintaining orderly entryways, and offering helpful directions or general assistance to residents and guests. This role requires a high level of responsibility, including secure key control and an attentive approach to identifying and reporting any safety, security, or maintenance issues that might arise.
The Valet position demands reliability, punctuality, and flexibility, as work hours include weekend and holiday shifts. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential requirements, and familiarity with operating various vehicle types is needed to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and tidy work environment reflects the luxury standards upheld by WRMC and is critical to the role.
By joining Worth Ross Management Company, you become part of a respected, service-driven team dedicated to creating exemplary living experiences. This position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to a prestigious multifamily community while building valuable skills in customer-facing hospitality and property management support. Prospective valets should be motivated by a passion for service and a desire to be integral ambassadors for a premier residential community. If you take pride in delivering polished, customer-focused interactions and maintaining safety and organization in a luxury setting, this role will be both challenging and rewarding.
