Towne Park's work environment is designed for individuals who thrive on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. It operates in a dynamic setting where safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction are paramount, making it a leading name in the parking and guest services industry.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a pivotal position that demands a combination of hospitality skills, safety awareness, and customer service proficiency. This is a part-time role primarily scheduled for weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm, with the possibility of additional shifts. Towne Park values safety and operational standards highly. The associate must carefully issue claim checks after securing vehicle keys and manage ticket information meticulously, including key tags, guest folios, and damage surveys. The role requires physical stamina due to outdoor work exposure, with responsibilities that include lifting heavy objects, navigating environmental conditions, and occasionally traveling up to 5 percent of the time.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license applicable to the work location and have at least one month of related experience or equivalent training. Towne Park emphasizes on ensuring reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform job functions effectively. The company fosters a supportive environment where employees have access to benefits such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility. Seasonal and temporary positions do not qualify for these benefits.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality, possess a strong work ethic, and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people in a fast-paced setting.
