With a focus on safety, efficiency, and professional customer interactions, Reimagined Parking is dedicated to fostering a positive culture where team members are respected and supported. The company actively encourages continuous improvement and excellence in all its service areas.
The Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant position at UHealth SoLe Mia offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Paying $14 per hour plus tips, this role operates Monday through Friday with varying shift times. The Valet Attendant plays a crucial role in managing vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring that every guest's vehicle is handled safely and efficiently. More than just parking cars, this role demands attention to detail, effective communication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Valet attendants act as the face of the company, welcoming guests warmly and offering assistance as needed to enhance the overall experience.
This position also upholds strict health and safety standards, requiring proof of vaccinations, including MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B, before employment. Valet attendants are expected to operate vehicles skillfully, including manual transmission vehicles if needed, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Collaboration with team members, managers, and supervisors ensures smooth operations and adherence to company policies as well as local and state laws.
Throughout the workday, valet attendants must manage multiple aspects of the valet service, from issuing tickets and recording customer information to manipulating vehicle placement and monitoring parking areas for safety. The job demands physical endurance, requiring attendants to walk or run between the stand and customer vehicles for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Those with previous valet experience are preferred, but the company also values candidates who show a willingness to learn and adapt.
Working at Reimagined Parking means being part of a dynamic team that values respect, professionalism, and excellent service. Attendants are expected to respond promptly to customer needs and handle any incidents or accidents professionally by reporting to the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor. The company understands the importance of employee well-being, which is reflected in the comprehensive benefits package available to full-time staff. These benefits include generous paid time off, health plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and more. In union-represented roles, terms and benefits are governed by collective bargaining agreements.
Joining Reimagined Parking as a Valet Parking Attendant means embracing a role that combines physical activity, interpersonal skills, and operational knowledge to create a memorable guest experience. This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and the chance to be part of a company that understands the value of its people and the importance of putting customers first.
