With its prime location in Beverly Hills, the hotel provides guests easy access to premier shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and entertainment options in one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Southern California. The establishment is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and luxurious environment, emphasizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence in every aspect of service.
The position available is a part-time Bellperson role at AC Hotel Beverly Hills, offering an hourly wage of $22.50. This role is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service, who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, physical capability, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about the hotel’s safety features, promoting hotel amenities and local attractions, and managing luggage logistics both in and out of the hotel premises.
Additionally, the Bellperson supports various operational functions such as maintaining the bell station's appearance and organization, assisting other departments with transporting supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of valet and bell areas. The role demands strong organizational skills to manage paperwork related to tours, deliveries, and group baggage transfers accurately. Moreover, the Bellperson must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements for operating motorized or electric vehicles, as duties may involve moving guest vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws.
Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and maneuver carts weighing up to 250 pounds, making physical fitness an important consideration. This role is also responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and promoting a positive work environment aligned with the company's standards and policies. Successful candidates will have prior hospitality or valet experience, excellent customer service capabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
