With a competitive hourly wage starting at $7.25 up to $18.00 plus daily cash tips that vary based on market and service performance, this role offers not only financial rewards but also the chance to be part of a respected company that values its employees.

As a Guest Service Associate, your primary objective is to ensure courteous, efficient, and safe valet services while securing all vehicles under your care. This position demands a strong dedication to customer service by warmly greeting guests, managing the flow of vehicles, ensuring safety protocols, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and eagerness to assist. You will conduct vehicle inspections to document conditions and locations, maintain cleanliness of valet areas, and collaborate empathetically with your team to uphold an outstanding standard of service. The role requires adherence to all company policies, punctual attendance, and consistent professionalism to maintain PMC's reputation as a leader in parking management.

Working as a Valet Parking Attendant offers a unique mix of physical activity, customer interaction, and the satisfaction of facilitating a smooth guest experience. In addition to the dynamic work environment, this position provides a pathway for growth through PMC's leadership development program and continuous nationwide job opportunities. Employees benefit from comprehensive insurance coverage, paid time off, tuition assistance, and much more. Above all, PMC’s commitment to pay equity, transparency, and inclusion ensures a fair and welcoming workplace for all.
