As a valued part of the hospitality industry, our valet team plays a crucial role in the first and last impressions guests have when visiting hotels, restaurants, event venues, and similar establishments. Our mission is to ensure prompt and safe service while maintaining the utmost professionalism and safety standards. We are seeking enthusiastic and agile individuals to join our valet team who take pride in delivering excellent customer care and vehicle handling services. This is an 'On Call' position, where hours are based on demand with no guaranteed minimum. Candidates must be prepared to work flexible shifts to meet the varying needs of our clientele. Compensation is competitive and reflective of the vital role valets play in enhancing guest satisfaction. Valets will be responsible for receiving keys from guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and efficiently parking vehicles in designated valet lots. Additionally, valets will promptly retrieve vehicles when guests are ready to depart, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Physical agility and the ability to multitask quickly and effectively are essential. Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is required, as some guest vehicles may be equipped with a stick shift. This role demands a high level of attentiveness to vehicle safety and guest interaction.
