This role focuses on providing exceptional service in a customer-facing position that requires a blend of operational skills and customer interaction expertise. The successful candidate will greet customers warmly and direct them appropriately to ensure a seamless service experience. Responsibilities also include the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, including parking and retrieval, as well as maintaining vehicle appearance by adding protective coverings and managing car wash duties. Attention to detail and proactive communication are critical to reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • must possess the ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills
  • must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • must be willing to work in various weather conditions – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and direct them to a service advisor for assistance
  • operate, park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, including the parking garage and car wash
  • add and remove protective plastic and paper to vehicles
  • wash and vacuum vehicles that were serviced, as needed
  • directly report any damage to the supervising manager immediately
  • demonstrate a positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • assist management with additional duties as assigned
