The Valet Driver position at SP+ is based at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is full-time with shifts available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm and 9 am to 5 pm. Valet Drivers at SP+ are critical in delivering exceptional client experiences by ensuring safe vehicle handling, providing outstanding customer service, and upholding SP+'s core values of Ingenuity, Diversity, and Integrity. As a Valet Driver at SP+, you will be tasked with ensuring that every client moment matters. You will inspect vehicles thoroughly before parking, communicate parking rates clearly, and follow all traffic laws to maintain a safe parking environment. Your role requires proactive problem-solving and professional client communication to manage requests and any concerns effectively. Being punctual, maintaining a clean uniform, and assisting management with various duties are essential to succeeding in this role. Physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks such as standing, walking, and occasional lifting are also necessary to meet the demands of the job. Job Duties

  • explain valet rates to customers
  • observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • report all accidents safety hazards unusual occurrences and policy violations to management
  • know the area's major streets landmarks and freeways to ensure customers have a seamless transportation experience
  • come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift on time and ready to work
  • remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift
  • assist management with additional duties as assigned
