With a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, Towne Park ensures every guest experience is seamless, efficient, and welcoming. The company emphasizes career growth, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment to help employees thrive and deliver outstanding service.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an essential position focused on delivering outstanding hospitality and parking services. This role requires a friendly, attentive, and efficient individual who can skillfully park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining a professional demeanor. The position includes assisting guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures and providing helpful information about the facility and surrounding area. This is a part-time, hourly position with a pay rate of $21 per hour, requiring availability from Wednesday to Sunday, between 2pm and 10pm. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly within five feet of interaction, addressing guests by their last names, and using a courteous salutation to ensure the guest feels welcomed. The Guest Service Associate will operate vehicles safely, ensuring swift yet cautious parking and retrieval. The role involves practical duties such as assisting with bell services, luggage delivery and pick-up, and opening vehicle and hotel doors for guests. Additionally, the associate will provide directions, assist with taxi and transportation arrangements, and share information about nearby attractions, meeting rooms, and amenities. Handling administrative tasks related to parking such as issuing claim checks, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate ticket and key records is also a crucial part of this job.

The role requires keen customer service skills combined with basic math proficiency to manage transactions accurately. Towne Park values team players who can contribute to a smooth operation by adhering to established guidelines while maintaining flexibility to respond effectively to guest needs and concerns. The position is both physically demanding and rewarding, perfect for individuals who enjoy active work and engaging with people regularly. Eligible employees can enroll in benefits such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participate in the company’s 401k retirement plan. This comprehensive support underscores Towne Park’s commitment to employee well-being and career satisfaction.
