The company operates with a focus on creating comfortable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments that foster strong community connections and uphold high standards of living.

Within such a dynamic and prestigious organization, the Valet role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a luxury residential community provides a seamless and memorable experience to all residents and guests. This position is designed for individuals passionate about customer service and dedicated to contributing positively to a luxury living environment. The Valet operates in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding atmosphere that requires outstanding time management, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities. Daily duties involve direct interaction with residents and guests from various backgrounds, requiring a friendly, polite, and composed demeanor at all times.

The Valet is an essential member of the Concierge team, responsible for creating positive first and last impressions for those arriving and departing from the property. This role includes safely parking and retrieving vehicles with proficiency in both automatic and manual transmissions, thereby ensuring prompt and efficient service. The Valet also handles claim checks, instructs residents and guests on vehicle retrieval, and maintains meticulous records including incident reports and activity logs. Adaptability is crucial as the work is performed outdoors, potentially exposed to various weather conditions.

Additional duties may include walking residents' dogs upon request and maintaining cleanliness around the property. This opportunity offers part-time employment with a fair hourly wage range of $16 to $18, alongside benefits such as dental and vision plans, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company events.

This role is well suited for individuals who value teamwork, enjoy working in customer-facing roles, have a detail-oriented approach, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.
