Job Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Two to three years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be friendly, courteous, and service-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of safely operating vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two to three years of industry experience preferred
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented personality

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service principles knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and analytical
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Provide claim checks and instruct residents and guests on vehicle retrieval
- Warmly greet and direct residents and guests arriving or departing
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and records accurately
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations
- Walk resident dogs and clean up after pets upon request
