Job Description

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, widely known as CCD, is a nationally recognized operations and staffing solutions company with a solid reputation for delivering world-class service since its founding in 2004. Headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, CCD is a certified minority-owned business with a presence in 32 airports across 22 states. The company specializes in airport services, transit systems, public-facing facilities, and business support operations. Its extensive experience spans transportation, logistics, hospitality, and public-sector operations, where it partners with major airports, transportation authorities, and global service providers to deliver reliable and innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. CCD’s mission focuses on providing highly trained teams, exceptional customer experience programs, and seamless operational support, ensuring that facilities operate safely, efficiently, and professionally at all times.

In partnership with LAZ Parking, Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Valet Cashier and Keybox Attendant Supervisor to manage the valet parking operations at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This full-time, on-site leadership role is vital to ensuring superior customer service, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with airport regulations, LAZ Parking policies, and company standards. The Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of Valet Cashiers and Keybox Attendants and serve as the primary point of contact for frontline team members during assigned shifts.

This position plays an essential role in providing day-to-day leadership by assigning work, monitoring employee performance, answering operational questions, and promptly resolving customer concerns. The Supervisor collaborates closely with airport management and LAZ Parking leadership to maintain a seamless parking experience for passengers and visitors. Responsibilities include overseeing cashier operations such as cash handling, monitoring point-of-sale transactions, balancing cashier reports, and maintaining financial accountability. In addition, the Supervisor manages keybox operations to ensure vehicle keys are properly secured, organized, documented, and distributed in accordance with company protocols.

An integral part of the role involves conducting regular audits of key inventories and cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability. Additional supervisory duties include scheduling employees, assigning shifts, monitoring attendance, coaching, and training both new and existing team members to maintain high performance standards. The Supervisor ensures that staffing levels are adequate at all times, assists with break coverage if needed, and provides operational leadership during peak customer volume.

Safety is a paramount concern, and the Supervisor is responsible for enforcing adherence to all airport regulations, OSHA requirements, company policies, and LAZ Parking’s safety procedures. They conduct routine performance observations to reinforce safe work practices, report incidents, and support investigations as needed. The position also requires the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and company-specific operating systems for completing administrative responsibilities such as preparing daily reports, maintaining logs, and responding to customer service situations.

Ideal candidates must have previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, transportation, or customer service industries. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are crucial to success in this fast-paced airport environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, basic computer systems, and cash-handling procedures is essential. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record and be capable of safely operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles if required.

Due to the nature of the airport location, candidates must successfully pass background checks, drug screenings, and TSA security requirements to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge. The role demands flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended hours. Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group provides comprehensive training on operating procedures, airport regulations, customer service standards, cashier systems, and key management processes. Uniforms and necessary equipment are supplied, fostering a professional appearance and work environment.

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group’s commitment to excellence, safety, and customer service makes this opportunity a rewarding career choice for individuals seeking to supervise valet and keybox operations at a busy airport with a respected industry leader.
