Job Description

Towne Park is a reputable hospitality services company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive and compassionate service. With a presence across multiple locations, Towne Park focuses on delivering services that enhance the comfort and satisfaction of millions of patients, visitors, and guests each year. Their commitment extends beyond just providing parking services; they aim to create smiles and meaningful interactions that ease anxiety, build memorable moments, and foster a warm atmosphere. Towne Park values its employees as a crucial part of this mission, offering rewarding career opportunities where individuals can make a genuine impact on the lives of others every day.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital position within their hospitality service framework. The primary responsibility involves providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests, ensuring their experience is both pleasant and safe. This includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles carefully, assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure, and offering concierge-style services such as directions, reservations, and information about local attractions. Working under the guidance of established policies and procedures, the Guest Service Associate greets guests warmly, provides clear communication about parking and retrieval processes, and maintains accurate records including ticket and key management. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting and outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

The position is hourly with a base pay of $17.75 plus tips and offers a $1 shift differential for overnight shifts. The work schedule is flexible, covering Monday through Sunday, to accommodate the operational needs of the hospitality services. Towne Park supports its employees by offering benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine access, and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility. Temporary and seasonal employees are excluded from some benefits. This role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math and language skills, and ideally the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. Physical endurance is important given the outdoor working environment and the need to lift and handle luggage or equipment regularly. With an emphasis on safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, the Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and helping others to build a meaningful career.
