The position is engaged in numerous guest-facing duties including vehicle valet services, bell services, guest inquiries, and the management of claim checks and parking rates. Employees must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks that include lifting heavy luggage and vehicles, handling a high volume of guest interactions, and enduring various weather conditions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service to contribute to a dynamic team with room for growth.

Towne Park’s benefits package supports employees with several valuable offerings such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, employment length, and hours worked, while seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify for these additional benefits. This comprehensive compensation and benefits system underscores the company's dedication to not only guest satisfaction but also employee well-being and financial security.

Joining Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate means becoming part of a steadfast company that values professionalism, safety, and outstanding client experience.
