Their unwavering commitment to creating smiles through compassionate and attentive service sets them apart in the industry. Towne Park prides itself on providing a supportive and rewarding work environment where employees can make a positive impact every day. Whether it's easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, providing a memorable guest experience, or supporting a colleague, the company fosters a culture of care, connection, and professionalism. Towne Park's team members take pride in the smiles they create because they know it is the foundation of their purpose and passion.
The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a vital role within their hospitality services operations. This role requires an individual who is committed to offering outstanding service with a friendly, efficient, and professional demeanor. The primary responsibility is to manage guest vehicle parking and retrieval operations while ensuring safety and promptness. Additionally, the Guest Service Associate assists guests with luggage handling, including the delivery and pick-up of luggage during arrivals and departures when applicable.
This position offers competitive compensation with an hourly base pay of $24 per hour plus tips. Towne Park emphasizes fair and equitable pay based on skills, experience, education, and location. The work schedule includes shifts from Monday through Sunday, making it a full-time opportunity where the associate is a key contributor to the guest experience every day of the week.
Working at Towne Park means joining a company that values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible employees can enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participate in a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Towne Park strives to support the health, wellness, and financial security of their team members. It is important to note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.
The Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional interaction with guests, co-workers, and clients at all times. Greeting guests warmly, using their last names, and providing clear, accurate information are fundamental aspects of the role. Associates practice proper phone etiquette and remain attentive even while waiting in designated areas. The job includes operational duties such as parking and retrieving vehicles cautiously, assisting with bell services and luggage, and opening doors to enhance the guest experience.
Further responsibilities include helping guests navigate through services like taxis, reservations, and providing information about the property’s amenities, nearby attractions, and meeting rooms. The associate may also shuttle guests within approved locations. Essential operational procedures include explaining parking rates, managing claim checks securely, completing vehicle and guest information accurately, and handling revenue collection from guests as necessary.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license for the relevant state or commutable area, and at least one month of related experience or equivalent training. Knowledge of customer service principles, the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing, and practical math skills for handling financial transactions are necessary. The ability to operate vehicles with a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable.
Physical demands include the capacity to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. The role demands physical activities such as walking, standing, running, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching. Reasonable accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities to perform all essential functions safely and effectively.
Working at Towne Park means being part of a team where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference by delivering excellent hospitality experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
