Established nearly 40 years ago, Towne has developed a reputation for providing seamless and exceptional mobility experiences to millions of guests they serve annually. This reputation is built upon a foundation of highly trained team members—more than 14,000 across the nation—and an integrated technology platform that enables smooth and efficient operations. Towne is more than just a parking service; it is a comprehensive hospitality company that aims to enhance lives and communities by offering innovative solutions and superior customer experiences. The company is committed to delivering these services with dedication, professionalism, and a friendly approach that leaves a lasting positive impression on guests and clients alike.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne offers a unique opportunity to be part of this dynamic team, where exceptional service and attention to detail are paramount. This position is hourly, paying $12.15 plus tips, and requires an open availability schedule with 4 to 5 shifts each week. As a Guest Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. You will be the face of Towne, greeting visitors warmly and ensuring their arrival and departure processes are smooth and welcoming.

Additionally, you will assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up where applicable, adding convenience and comfort to their visits. This role is inherently social and service-oriented, involving direct interaction with guests to address inquiries, provide information on local amenities, assist with transportation needs, and facilitate luggage storage. You will also be responsible for managing parking rates, issuing claim checks upon receiving vehicle keys, and processing payment transactions accurately.

Towne values safety, professionalism, and positive guest interactions, and as a Guest Service Associate, you will embody these values through your conduct and efficiency. Your work contributes to creating joyful experiences for millions by ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, respected, and well-served. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with diverse individuals, and being part of a supportive team. Towne offers benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan, underscoring its commitment to the welfare of its employees.
