The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an essential position that plays a pivotal part in ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality and parking services. This role involves a blend of customer service and operational duties centered around greeting guests warmly and managing vehicle parking and retrieval safely and promptly. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently and carefully while handling guest vehicles and luggage. The position offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $19.61 per hour plus tips, with an additional shift differential of $2 to $4 for overnight shifts. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with directions, taxi services, reservations, and providing information about local amenities and points of interest.
Physical demands of the job require the ability to exert substantial physical effort, with the capacity to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and frequently stand or walk for extended periods, often outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safety and adherence to company protocols are paramount, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are eager to represent Towne Park’s high standards of customer service while working in a supportive and structured environment.
