Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences through superior customer service. With a strong commitment to delivering smiles and impactful moments, Towne Park prides itself on serving millions of patients, visitors, and guests across diverse locations. The company focuses on providing compassionate and professional service that eases anxiety, offers helpful guidance, and creates memorable encounters for every guest and client. Designed to foster a rewarding career for its employees, Towne Park not only emphasizes skill development and growth but also the intrinsic value of making a difference in people’s lives through everyday interactions. Working at Towne Park means joining a team where every smile, every grateful guest, and every team collaboration reflects the positive impact the company is making in the hospitality field.

The valet position at Towne Park is more than a traditional service role. It demands a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and operational knowledge to ensure every guest receives courteous and efficient assistance. This role is pivotal in setting the tone for the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact and a reliable support throughout their visit. Responsibilities extend beyond parking and retrieving vehicles safely to include personalized guest interactions such as greeting guests by name, providing directions, helping with luggage, and facilitating access to taxi and other transportation services. Valets are expected to demonstrate welcome and warmth, using proper phone etiquette and company greetings, while also maintaining thorough and accurate records of every vehicle through the valet system. The ability to handle logistical and transactional duties like calculating fees, issuing claim checks, and managing vehicle keys is essential. Additionally, the valet supports the hospitality mission by sharing facility information and enhancing visitor experience through attention to detail and effective communication.

Towne Park seeks individuals with a valid driver’s license who have some relevant experience or training in customer service or valet operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate not only technical aptitude—such as operating manual transmissions and understanding parking rates—but also strong communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues alike. The role requires capability in both basic arithmetic and comprehension of time and monetary systems essential for daily operational tasks. Towne Park values employees who can work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining a professional presence and a friendly demeanor under all circumstances, ensuring the company’s reputation for dependable and courteous service is upheld consistently. This position offers a unique opportunity for those who enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused work environment with responsibilities that make a meaningful difference in their community.
