Towne Park is currently seeking a seasonal Valet Attendant to join the team stationed at the LAX Marriott. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel in guest interaction and service. The position requires employees to perform physically active tasks, handle vehicles responsibly, assist guests with luggage, and provide helpful information about local amenities, hotel services, and directions. This role is essential in shaping guests' perceptions as it involves being the first and last point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.

The Valet Attendant position is compensated at a competitive hourly base rate of $29.25 plus tips, with an additional $1 shift differential for overnight shifts. The work schedule is flexible, spanning Monday through Sunday, accommodating different lifestyles and availability. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and some relevant experience or training. Comfort with driving, including parallel parking and optionally operating a manual transmission, is highly desirable. The role also involves the physical ability to lift heavy items and withstand varying weather conditions as the job is primarily performed outdoors.
