Towne Park offers employment opportunities that combine competitive pay with prospects for professional growth within the parking and guest services industry. The company emphasizes fair compensation tailored to the candidate's skills, experience, education, and location, reflecting their dedication to maintaining a motivated and satisfied workforce.

The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park offers a dynamic role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality to guests through attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This position operates on an hourly wage basis, with pay starting at $15.10 per hour plus tips, making it suitable for individuals seeking part-time or flexible scheduling opportunities due to its open availability work schedule. The role primarily involves interacting directly with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring their parking needs are met safely and promptly, and providing assistance with luggage when applicable.

Guest Service Associates play a crucial role in the guest experience continuum by maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor, recognizing guests by name, and utilizing courteous greetings to establish rapport. They skillfully manage vehicle parking and retrieval, ensuring vehicles are handled with utmost care while adhering to safety protocols. The duties extend beyond parking to include guiding guests with directions, making reservations, and providing information about the location and surrounding attractions, enhancing the overall guest satisfaction.

Moreover, Associates are responsible for managing the administrative aspects of vehicle parking, such as issuing and collecting claim checks, recording vehicle information accurately, including damage surveys, and handling payment transactions when necessary. Proficiency in completing paperwork and maintaining organized records is essential for smooth operational flow.

This position encourages employees to engage in an environment that demands physical activity and exposure to outdoor conditions, including variable weather, requiring stamina and resilience. Towne Park supports inclusivity by providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform their essential job functions.

Employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package that includes accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity plans, telemedicine services, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings program. However, eligibility is contingent on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked, with seasonal and temporary roles excluded from these benefits.

Working at Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate offers an opportunity to join a reputable company focused on hospitality excellence, customer service, and safety. The role provides valuable experience in guest relations and vehicle handling, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, have a valid driver’s license, and possess a strong work ethic.
